Miriam Hanepen

Miriam Hanepen has held various leadership roles over the past 25 years in the legal and corporate banking industries. She currently leads an in-house legal team at Westpac New Zealand Limited where she met JK.

She is particularly interested in neuroleadership and its use in creating large-scale behaviour change and the science behind human resilience.

Miriam is keen to make a difference for New Zealand youth, and inspired by JK’s vision, she is driven to help bring about a step change in the way we think about and manage our mental health as a nation.

Miriam is an executive director on various company Boards and is a Board trustee of two Charitable Trusts.
